This is an exciting time for all of us involved in this fledgling scientific endeavor; finally, the world will know the impact of TOPIA. We here at the headquarters of the Committee for Healthy Underachieving College Kindred (or CHUCK) will be working sort of hard toward the completion of this website that, hopefully, will explain the project and its global goals.

We will attempt to get the completed Chuck-TOPIA Project homepage on the internet as soon as possible.
